Last week our Crane Service Team erected a Potain HDT80 Self Erecting Tower Crane in Edinburgh on a construction project site in Leith.
The project will deliver over 130 residential units, apartments, in the Western Harbour area of the Scottish capital.
Out Potain HDT80 Pedestrian Operated Tower Crane went on site at the end of April and is scheduled for use by our client for a minimum of 40 weeks, meaning it will be on site until early 2018 at least. The crane features a 45m jib with a height under hook and capacity at the jib end of 34.2m and 1,250kg respectively. It can also provide a maximum capacity lift of 6,000kg at 13.3m . This is one of the most popular cranes on our fleet.
