A Mantis TC25, the smallest Pedestrian Operated Tower Crane on our fleet, has been placed on a Self Erecting Tower Crane Hire Project in Lewisham.
The Mantis TC25 has a 25m jib and a height under hook of 19m available. It can lift 750kg at the end of the jib. This model of crane is particularly popular on timber frame projects like Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Hotels and Apartment blocks.
Th TC25 can have a permanent power generator attached as standard and is also fitted with a road going chassis to make transport to and from site as easy as possible.
Self Erecting Tower Crane Hire Project in Lewisham
The Mantis TC25 in Lewisham will be on site for approximately eight weeks. The project includes six 1-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom, 3 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom flats with associated parking. There will also be access works and landscaping following demolition of some existing garages.
