At Mantis Cranes we take pride in what we do. Whether it be crane hire or sale the knowledge and experience that we have accrued over the years is at the disposal of Mantis Cranes' customers.

Advice

• We can offer advice and help you consider your material handling options for any situation. Our experienced personnel will examine drawings either in hard copy or digital format and recommend practical craneage solutions that suit your needs.
• We will visit your site to determine the feasibility of options offered in terms of access and suitability.
• We will advise on the most suitable accessories to use for the materials that the crane will be handling.

Information

• We will supply all relevant information relating to the crane models to be considered, including crane hire options & power requirements. Mantis Cranes can also provide recommendations for crane bases for various different ground conditions.
• We will supply you with all relevant method statements, risk assessments and site plan.
• We will provide you with all the required statutory certificates for the equipment provided.

Problem Solving

Mantis Cranes personnel are at the disposal of our customers to ensure that they get the best use out of the equipment provided to them. To that end we do our utmost to help solve any problems which may arise either before the crane goes to site or when the setc is on site. The vast majority of niggles that occur can be solved within a short phone call. Those that are not will be quickly attended to by our on-the- road service personnel.
